Scenarios
If you are seriously thinking about the CTA Review Board I would have the following points for you to think about.
- The CTA is a product of experience as much as it is of knowledge. You will find it incredibly difficult if you have not puts years of customer/project work in and have the lessons that you learned in that time available to call on.
- Get the support of your employer and avail yourself of any resources, materials and access that they have to help you through this process.
- Carry out an honest appraisal of your skills and experience. Where are your gaps? How can you address them? Tackle any areas you are not strong in head on.
- Use the Trailblazer and community networks. There are many groups who work together to expand knowledge and help each other. One such group is Ladies Be Architects, which has a rich library of assets for the aspiring architect
- Consider using a service such as Flow Republic, whose credentials and success rate speak for themselves
These scenarios are unofficial. They have been created with no input from Salesforce, or from anyone associated with the CTA Programme, but have been written by me and are provided as aids only.
I offer no guarantees to how closely they will resemble the makeup or structure of what you may see in an actual Review Board, but based on my experience, these give you a flavour of what you can expect and will help you should you choose to use them.
The following scenarios are provided for use free of charge. I only request that I am credited if these are used in any way.
All feedback is greatly appreciated.
